Our minimum order amount is $100 per manufacturer. We have three manufacturers’ products available for sale on our website. To successfully complete an order the minimum amount of $100 for each vendor must be met. You do not have to purchase from all three manufacturers, you have the option to purchase from one, two, or all three.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. Please note that we do NOT accept COD as a payment method.

There is a difference between “Authorization” and “Charged”. Like any other credit card purchase, the credit card company will put a hold on the funds that are reserved for the merchants to charge at a later date. We only charge when we shipped the products, therefore the transaction is just authorized.

Shipping cost is a flat rate of $10 for standard ground shipping anywhere within the contiguous United States. Expedited and international shipping costs vary depending on location and parcel size.

We will usually ship out an approved order within 24-72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), and then we will use the shipping method that has been chosen on your order. In addition, orders received after 11:00AM PST will be shipped out the following business day.

Yes we do ship worldwide and we only charge a flat fee of $45 shipping (to most foreign countries) regardless of the volume of the order. We have contracts with FedEx that can offer you more discounts and better service than other carriers therefore the more you buy the more you save. Customs policies, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

We will try our best to meet customers’ deadlines. However, due to the high demand on our products, there are times when deadlines just could not be met. We apologize in advance for such inconvenience. Please make sure you place your order well in advance so that the chances for missing the deadlines are minimal. Please note that Cerijewelry.com does not guarantee to meet any deadlines therefore customers cannot use it as a base for cancellation of orders.

You do not need to have a company in order to buy from us as long as your order meets the minimum purchase requirement of $100.

Unfortunately, we do not have a catalog. All of our products are available online only.

The lifespan of your plating depends on how you care for your jewelry and environment. For example, moisture, temperature, sweat etc can all effect lifespan of the plating.

Our plating is real Rhodium, rhodium is considered a precious metal 3 times more expensive than gold. Unlike other manufacturers that use rhodium substitutes, we use higher quality of German ingredients, therefore our plating lasts much longer than others manufacturers. Also, the thicker the plating is the longer it will last.

For brass based products: Silver plating 1M, 1 Micro meter = 1 Micron = 40 micro inches.
We have to have E coating for less silver plating, 18K gold base 0.5 Micron, Rhodium 0.03 to 0.05 Micron.

For Sterling Silverproducts: Silver plating 0.5 to 1 Micron or more, 18K Gold plating 1 Micron Vermeil, Rhodium 0.03 to 0.05 Micron.

Some of our products may contain small traces of lead and nickel. However, almost all fashion jewelry contains some level of lead and/or nickel. Nickel is used in fine and fashion jewelry as an alloy that enhances brilliance and high polished shine in the metal.
