Shipping Policy

Our goal is to provide our jewelry products 24 hours-a-day. Orders that arrive before 9AM PST typically go out the same day. Orders that arrive after this time will ship out the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Please note that shipping and payment confirmations may cause delays.

We understand that customers sometimes have special deadlines to meet, and we will try our best to meet those deadlines. However, due to the high turnover rate of the products, there are times when deadlines cannot be met. We apologize in advance for such inconvenience. Please make sure you place your order well in advance so that the chances for missing the deadlines are minimal.

Our products are shipped using standard Ground, 2nd Day Air, or Standard Overnight. We will use International priority for international orders. Cerijewelry.com will charge a flat shipping fee for all orders regardless of the size of orders. Therefore the money you buy the more you will save on shipping.

Shipments that are refused or undeliverable will be subject to additional shipping cost, transaction and insurance fees. The customer must make arrangement with us to reship the products again. Any refused shipment does not constitute a cancellation. Furthermore, any shipments returned "REFUSED" for any reason will be permanently dropped as a distributor and no further shipments will be made. Cerijewelry.com does not ship to PO Box or APO addresses.

PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILED PHYSICAL ADDRESS TO AVOID DELIVERY DELAYS. Please note the FedEx does not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Standard Ground Delivery - 3 to 7 business days. $10 flat fee.
2nd Day Air - 2 business days. $20 flat fee.
Standard Overnight - 1 business day. $30 flat fee.
Canada/Puerto Rico – 1-2 business days. $30 flat fee.
International Priority – 1-3 business days. $45 flat fee.
