Complete your About page and Story

First up, you have to make sure that you fill out everything at the About section of your page. This should include the general info, business info, all your contact information, and a short but straightforward description of your brand and products. As for the Story section, you can provide users with a little history of how your brand came to be. Note that most users check this section to find out if you’re a legit business. If these areas are empty, people will get turned off easily.

Post engaging content more frequently

Next is how you post on your timeline. Aside from posting compelling content, you have to do it more regularly, at least once every day. Doing so gives the impression that you are always online and that you can quickly respond to inquiries. Posting engaging photos, videos, and text content also allows you to grow your social following. Make it a habit to also check your page’s insights, and adjust your posts according to your followers’ demographics and actions on your page.

Post actual photos of your products

Posting “real” pictures of your items for sale also help a lot in getting the users’ attention. Avoid exclusively uploading stock photos of wholesale fashion jewelry. Include ones of you or your staff wearing them. People would want to see how fashion jewelry pieces look when worn. Real photos will also most likely get more engagement than uptight-looking ad shots as they are more personal.

Post customer photos

And aside from uploading real images, also make sure to post customer photos. These pictures also double as legit reviews, since they can see your real satisfied customers. You don’t have to take photos of every person who buys from you; you can simply share their posts on their timelines. You can create a special album for it as well so it will be easier for people to find these photos. Creating a hashtag for your brand and encouraging your customers to use it also helps, so you can easily find these customers’ posts.

Don’t be afraid to advertise

Facebook advertising is one way to increase exposure. You don’t have to break the bank; Facebook allows you to customize your ads for an affordable price. You can run it for just a day, so it’s great for experimenting. You also get to choose the type of audience to target, including age, location, and interests. Experts say to target the same audience your competitor is targeting. But then again, it will all depend on the users’ behavior and just adjust and customize your ads based on this.
