    Our Policies


    Cerijewelry.com accepts the following payment methods:

    1. Credit Cards - VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

      Your credit card will be charged once your order is shipped. Your current billing address and phone information must be included with every order. For safety and security reasons, orders will be shipped to the billing address only, unless your shipping address is on file with your credit card company as an alternate shipping address.

    2. Paypal

      We accept Paypal payment from verified account only. Please visit www.paypal.com for more information. The account is free and it will let you setup an account with a credit card and/or checking.

    3. Wire Transfer - Instructions will be given via a confirmation email once an order is placed.

      Please note that we no longer accept COD as a payment method. If you do not have a credit card please either send us the check or setup a Paypal account using your checking account. Thank you.


    Cancellation - For wholesale purchase, cancellation notice must be submitted either by phone/email no later than 24 hours after the order is placed. During this period if an order has not been sent to the warehouse for processing yet then we can cancel the order. However, due to the high cost of fulfillment and restocking operations, if the order has already gone into the processing period but before shipping then any cancellation will incur a 25% restocking fee. We advised our customers to please make sure you identify the products that you wish to purchase before completing the transaction.

    BackOrder/Out of stock items - Please note that due to our large selection of products and fast overturn rate, it is sometimes not possible for us to fulfill 100% of the order. The missing items are either out of stock or in backorder/discontinued status. We will ship out whatever we have in stock and will ONLY charge on the products that we have shipped out. You will NOT be charged for the items that are out of stock or backorder/discontinued and the shipping cost will be adjusted accordingly.

    Special/Custom Order ? Special or custom order requested by the customer will not be refundable or exchangeable unless product is damaged during transit. Order with special order status will be communicated to the customer for approval prior to processing.

    Pre-Sale items - In order to provide the latest and the most trendy fashion products to our customers we sometimes offer presale items. These are the items that are still in the manufacturing stage but we will like to give our customers a chance to reserve them before they become available. Note: Please do not place an order with both presale and regular items in it as it will delay the delivery of the regular in stock items. For Presale item you will be charged only when we ship out the items. Product Condition - All products are examined and sold NEW to our customers. We work closely with our suppliers and warehouses to get the latest and newest product to you. Please note that the package box may be sometime distorted due to shipping conditions beyond our control.

    Order Processing - It takes about 1-5 business days to process your order. We will make every attempt to ship your items on the same day you placed the order if they are in stock. Your shipping methods "Ground, 3 Day Express, 2nd Day, or Next Day Air" will apply after we have processed your order. For large orders, we may utilize common freight carriers instead. We now have an "availability" status indicator for each product so that you can estimate when the order will be shipped. If you purchase a combination of products with different availability status please use the longest duration as guidelines. Delays may occur due to backorder, out of stock, or discontinued items

    Order Status - Order status are updated on an ongoing basis. ?Pending Approval? means that the order has not been approved for processing yet. We will need to verify some information such credit card verification, shipping cost estimation, payment information, etc? before we can approve the order. ?Pending Fulfillment? means that we have sent your order to the warehouses for processing. ?Pending Bill? means we have packed your order but we have not charged for it yet.

    Pricing - All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Liability - Cerijewelry.com will not be responsible or liable for any labor, or incidental or consequential damage of any kind as the result of the product usage. Buyer shall assume the responsibility for operating the product in a safe manner and acknowledge any product risk. In no event shall our liability exceed the cost of the goods.



    The goal of Cerijewelry.com is to provide a wide selection of fashion jewelry product 24 hours-a-day. We will make every attempt to ship your order in the same day the order is placed. Our normal order processing time is between 1 to 5 business days. Delays may occur for products on back order, in limited availability or on special order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

    We understand that you as customers have your own deadlines to meet, and we will try our best to meet those deadlines. However, due to the high turnover rate of the products, there are times when deadlines just cannot be met. We apologize in advance for any such inconvenience. Please make sure to place your order well in advance so that we have ample time to meet those deadlines.

    Our products are shipped using standard Ground, 3-Day Express, 2nd Day Air, or Standard Overnight. We will use International Express or Freight for international orders. Cerijewelry.com shipping fees are equal to UPS/Fedex shipping costs based on the weight of the item(s) ordered. If your shipping charge shows $0.01 for your order, it means you order will be calculated at a later time. We will contact you by email/phone to notify you of the exact shipping charge before processing your order. For orders over 150 pounds, Cerijewelry.com will ship via common freight carriers.

    Shipments that are refused or undeliverable will be subject to additional shipping cost, transaction and insurance fees. The customer must make arrangement with us to reship the products. Any refused shipment does not constitute a cancellation. Furthermore, any shipments returned "REFUSED" for any reason will be permanently dropped as a distributor and no further shipments will be made. Cerijewelry.com does not ship to PO Box or APO addresses.

    Standard Ground Delivery -- 3 to 7 business days.
    3 Days Express -- 3 business days.
    2nd Day Air -- 2 business days.
    Standard Overnight -- 1 business day.
    Back Order Delivery -- Usually in 2-3 weeks.

    International Customers - Cerijewelry.com ships worldwide therefore international orders are welcome. We have work very closely with common freight carriers to give you the best shipping rates available.

    Please note that shipping estimate will be provided after you have registered/login and input the shipping address. You do not need to complete the order to see the shipping estimate except for Domestic Freight > 150 lbs, and International Freight > 150 lbs; these estimates will be determined later.

    The following is a general guideline to determine shipping cost for domestic ground shipping.

    • Jewelry - Small Box, From 1 to 5 lbs, is about $7.00-$15.00 to ship within the United States.

    • The minimum shipping cost for all orders will be $7.00; unless the order qualifies for Free shipping or it is a "Mixed Box" product.

    Please note that the above guidelines are for referencing purposes only. Accurate shipping cost will be calculated after registering/logging in the system and the shipping address has been entered.


    Conditions for Returns:

    Cerijewelry.com will refund a product only if the product is delivered with 1 of these 2 conditions.

    Wrong product - If you received a wrong product due to our shipping mistake, please notify us within 2 business days and we will arrange for you to return the incorrect product and we will issue a refund for the purchase price (including return postage paid up to $5.00). For items that are sold in cases such as shoes and sunglasses we will replace the whole case at our own expense.

    Defective Product - If you received a defective product, please notify us within 2 business days and we will assign a RMA for you to return the product back to us. After we have examined and confirmed the defective product we will issue a refund for the purchase price (including return postage paid up to $5.00).

    Procedure to file for Returns:

    If your products meet one of the conditions above, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to file for a return.

    You can request a RMA number by visiting RMA Request Form with the following information:

    Defective Product - If you received a defective product, please notify us within 2 business days and we will assign a RMA for you to return the product back to us. After we have examined and confirmed the defective product we will issue a refund for the purchase price (including return postage paid up to $5.00).

    Reasons for returning the item along with style number and size detail.

    In the return package, please include a copy of your email invoice and your RMA number. Please also write the RMA# on the outside of the packaging.

    Credit Card Refund: Upon receipt of your returned item(s), your credit card refund will be processed within 5 business days and will take 1-2 weeks to appear on your credit card from the day we have processed the refund depending on your credit card company.

    Paypal Refund: Upon receipt of your returned item(s), your PayPal refund will be issued within 5 business days and will take 1-2 days to appear on your PayPal account.

    NO Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

    • Any refused shipment sent back to Cerijewelry.com does NOT constitute the right to a refund or credit. The customer will have to make arrangements with Cerijewelry.com to receive the refused shipment again.

    • Any returned shipment without the proper RMA# does NOT constitute the right to a refund or credit and will be refused by Cerijewelry.com.

    • No returns will be accepted after 14 days of delivery, regardless of reasons.

    • We will not accept returns aside from wrong or defective products. We will not accept returns if you do not like the looks or quality of the products.

    WE TAKE SPAM EMAILS, FRAUD, AND PRIVACY ISSUES VERY SERIOUSLY, THEREFORE, WE ARE HIGHLY PROTECTIVE OF OUR CUSTOMER'S PERSONAL INFORMATION AND DO NOT SHARE OUR CUSTOMERS PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH ANYONE.
